If you or your children are sick the best thing that you can do is to drink nothing but Fruit shakes. They help to cleanse your body of waste matter and toxins which are the "grippers" which hold onto diseases. If you can't manage with just Fruit shakes then try some broth with fresh vegetables, warmed Fruit with spices. etc . More detoxing information.

Those who know me please excuse the conceit of the next few paragraphs, but I want those who don't know me to look forward to and possibly be motivated by the following description.

While it's not really a health benefit, one of the very visible benefits of the UnDiet were the changes in my skin. I've always had oily skin with large pores, a tendency to break out, and I was starting to show my age. After a few months on the UnDiet people started commenting on my skin, wondering what I was doing. I looked in the mirror and was astonished to see that they were right, there had been an incredible change! My skin is less oily, finer textured and (I know it sounds impossible, but it's the truth)  I no longer have the lines that were starting to appear from my nose to my mouth, around my eyes and on my forehead.

My skin "treatment" now consists of cleansing my face with hydrogen peroxide in the morning and the same in the evening. I don't use soap, moisturizer or any other skin creams (except an oil-free SPF cream). I try to use a clay mask weekly, but it ends up being monthly most of the time. I used to never leave the house without foundation and accompanying full makeup, now I just dust on a little powder and a natural color lipstick. I don't need blush anymore as my skin has good color. If I get busy or forget to touch up during the course of the day it doesn't seem to matter, great skin is the best "makeup" there is!

Also my nails which used to split and break are now healthy and strong.
